Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-10-08
The service and your account
These terms govern getcsbill, operated by CS Network and Security LLC. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Provide accurate account information, keep your password and recovery codes private, and notify csosa@csnetworkandsecurity.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping independent backups of important records.
Seven-day trial and recurring subscription
New eligible businesses receive one seven-day free trial when they complete Stripe Checkout with a payment method. Before enrollment, the offer identifies the trial length, the selected recurring price ($10 USD monthly or $100 USD annually), the recurring frequency, and how to cancel. After the trial, the subscription automatically charges the selected plan until canceled. Stripe Checkout displays the applicable charge and trial details before confirmation. Restarting a previously used subscription does not include another trial. Complimentary access may be granted separately by the administrator; granting it does not automatically cancel an existing Stripe subscription.
Billing authorization and cancellation
Your affirmative checkout consent authorizes recurring charges until cancellation. You can stop automatic renewal online inside the app under My Plan → Cancellation, including from the billing screen if workspace access is restricted. Cancel before the displayed trial or renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the displayed end date and no future renewal is scheduled after cancellation. We do not require a phone call or live representative to cancel. Contact support promptly if you cannot sign in or cancellation fails; a clear email request to stop renewal will be reviewed.
Your records and permitted use
You retain ownership of your business records and permit us and our service providers to process them to operate the service. You are responsible for their accuracy, for permissions to store personal information, and for lawful invoice communications. Do not use the service for fraud, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive invoices, infringement, unauthorized access, malware, scraping, or disruption of other users. The Data Processing Addendum at /dpa describes processing of personal data in customer records.
Accounting and payment limits
Reports are calculated from records you enter and depend on complete and accurate opening balances, entries, and payment dates. getcsbill is not an accountant, tax adviser, bank, payment processor, legal adviser, or guarantee of regulatory compliance. Review reports with a qualified adviser before tax filing or financial decisions. When Square is connected, each business must complete Square's merchant onboarding and remains responsible for the goods or services, taxes, refunds, disputes, and customer communications; Square processes the card payment and settles funds to that business's Square account. Optional payment integrations depend on provider availability and account approval; an invoice email alone does not collect a card payment.
Intellectual property and feedback
getcsbill, its software, branding, documentation, and improvements belong to CS Network and Security LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service while your account is eligible. You may provide feedback, and we may use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you or disclose your records.
Availability, changes, and suspension
We may update the service, address security issues, or restrict accounts for nonpayment, abuse, or legal reasons. Service interruptions and errors can occur. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply; cancel renewal if you do not accept a future paid plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers, limits, and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that cannot legally be excluded, and CS Network and Security LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to getcsbill in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not waive liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Contact support first so we can resolve a dispute. Florida law governs to the extent permitted, and a permitted court proceeding may be brought in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Legal rights and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Questions, account requests, privacy requests, and disputes can be sent to csosa@csnetworkandsecurity.com. These terms do not create an accountant-client, banking, fiduciary, or legal advisory relationship.
